      That's because it's an Indian provider making business in Sri Lanka for the first time and Sirasa TV is not subscribed by whoever took this photo.

      Only in South Asia. Channels are not subscribed by you unless a Dish TV subscriber sends a text message.

      In Sri Lanka, Dish TV is full of Indian crap.
