CN HQ's 21st anniversary: Мирко и Сирко (Mirko i Sirko)

In the mid 90s, a now-defunct Yugoslavian/Serbian channel called BK TV aired Snooper and Blabber through illegally recording CN HQ/Europe. The show was lectored, not dubbed, which is rare in Serbia.
