CN PT was based on the now defunct CN ES and is now more like the Spanish version of Boing.
Discuss here about which option should be viable:
-CN PT becomes Boing PT and CN HQ adds a Portuguese audio track
-Boing PT must complement CN PT or HQ
-Launch it terrestrially and let CN PT revert to CN HQ
