MBC is about to launch and supply their entertainment programming for a Turner channel called Oh!K which will be available throughout South East Asia.
But there is one question: don't they already own 49% of CN KR? What will happen? Will CN KR's remaining 51% get acquired by MBC? Or will this decision only affect SE Asia?
Only time will tell.
Nah, I think the MBC/Turner joint venture will continue, this deal is building on the success of CN Korea.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe Jungyang Tongyang will acquire MBC, meaning that MBC will probably become a sister channel to CN KR, QTV, J-Golf and JTBC.
