If I had a time machine, I could convince Turner to launch a partial secondary audio track on CN HQ in order to preserve Cartoon Network as it is. It has remained unchanged for twenty years and then they launched the Portuguese feed in Portugal, thus officially ending a generation of learning English from cartoons and Portuguese children have no choice.
In case CN HQ wants to focus on European viewers again, there are my hypotheses:
-Relaunch it in Europe as an emergency feed or as a pay channel (pay in the "not available in basic cable" sense);
-Relaunch it in Portugal and put it on the top ten;
-Relaunch it in selected European nations.
Portugal needs CN HQ, we can't get it and we can't watch cartoons in English no more...
