OFCOM and cuts

The OFCOM is the organization that is responsible to transmit European CN feeds.
The OFCOM doesn't like seeing objectionable content on kids shows.
Recently Adventure Time premiered in the Czech Republic and they have to air it with cuts.

  1. No, Ofcom is the regulatory authority of broadcasting in the United Kingdom, they are not responsible to transmit most of the feeds in EMEA. Ofcom themselves don't do the censorship, instead, Turner must comply to the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.

Look under appropriate scheduling, the rules are also dependent on the nature of the channel.
