Your Shout - OFCOM Regulations

Has any CN in Europe violated OFCOM regulations? The only one I know is that one time, CN UK aired an ad for a gambling website.

  2. Yes, CN Spain was caught breaking the rules by broadcasting junk food adverts, such as Haribo and Nesquik.

I informed you about that Coral Bookmakers advert, it was meant for TCM, an easy mistake to make. I'm sure every channel breaks the rules at least once.
